In case you believe the above title a misnomer, SOBER was the name of the dog...!

During the summer in Dawson, it never gets darker than this at night. After my shift as barmaid at the Westminster Cabaret was over, I often went out with my cameras, photographing the sleepy town in this odd light. On the menu page is a link to a story entitled TALES FROM THE PIT, relating several stories from my stint as slinger of beer and miners in this illustrious establishment.
